1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using voxnio.com and its services ("Voxnio", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Voxnio is an AI-powered content creation platform that generates character designs, scripts, subtitled videos, and related creative assets from user-provided text prompts. The service is provided on a credit-based subscription model.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Voxnio. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Accounts

• —You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• —You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• —You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@voxnio.com.

5. Credits & Subscriptions

Voxnio uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per generation. Monthly subscription credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact billing@voxnio.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Voxnio to:

• —Generate content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
• —Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary AI models or data.
• —Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms.
• —Use the Platform to build a competing product or service.

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. For outputs generated by Voxnio, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable AI model license terms.

Our platform: All code, design, branding, and proprietary technology on voxnio.com is owned by Voxnio and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Voxnio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or non-infringing. Use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxnio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without liability. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.
